1. Scope of agreement
This agreement sets the terms between ERIHON (erihon.cc) and the user. By registering, paying, or connecting to the Service, you accept these terms.
2. Service description
ERIHON provides remote connectivity based on a private VPS server. Specific countries, plans, and device limits are shown on the current pricing page on the site. The Service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but strive for stability.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your login and password confidential. You may not share your account with others or resell it in bulk. If suspicious activity is detected, we may temporarily restrict access.
4. Payment and term
The Service is activated on a prepaid basis. Access stops when the term ends. Plan, bonus days, and device count follow the terms at checkout. Refunds are handled within the payment provider's and applicable law framework — contact support for your specific case.
5. Prohibited activities
When using the Service, you may not:
- distribute illegal content or malware;
- run spam, DDoS, brute force, or other network attacks;
- violate others' rights or commit fraud;
- attempt to break or bypass the Service infrastructure.
If a violation is found, the account may be terminated without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
ERIHON is not liable for failures of third-party networks, your device, or your ISP. Indirect or lost-profit damages are not compensated. Where possible, direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the current term.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated terms.
